The Bunnies Are Multiplying....!

So, no Spring here yet....But....I'm bringing out more bunnies anyway....
Every year I forget how they "multiply...."

This is my "Velveteen" Rabbit....and some punchneedle eggs.....

And some needle felted carrots in a bunny bucket.....

Some quail eggs in a real nest....

A bunny rug I hooked in Waldoboro style (The "Hare Heist...." by Ewe and Eye)

More quail eggs...another nest.....a vintage postcard....another German candy container....and some of my neighbor's eggs.....

And a bunny I needle felted out of a different neighbor's sheep's wool....(how cool is that?!)

And....a needle felted sheep pillow tuck:

Spring out of a storage box will have to do for now...
But, I hear we're supposed to top 40 degrees by the end of the week...
Yippee!!!

Have a great week everyone!

Oh, everything is so beautiful. I love the little sheep at the end. I need to try more needle felting. You have created such wonderful and springy things!

Beautiful collection and displayed so perfectly. I love your bunny rug. Great job. Are the tails sculpted?

Yes, Kim, the tails are sculpted. That's the "Waldoboro" part of it....A process I absolutley DESPISE doing, but love the results....My poor fingers hurt for weeks afterwards. (I know, don't you feel sorry for me??)
Thanks for your kind comments....You're a sweetie!

I don't have your email so will reply here. Your comments made me giggle on my post. I did make a News Years Resolution to not start a new project until the last one was completely finished. BUT in my defense there was still enough useable space on the fabric for 2 more small projects and if I had cut and finished the first one, it would have gone to waste. (Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!) LOL
