  11. I think you got me beat girlfriend, you win!!! I just purchased my first pair of lady's high top Victorian shoes at the Antique Festival, they were the first pair I could afford. They are pictured in my Valentine pic.

  17. Good evening Robin, I agree with all of the above, you have a wonderful shoe collection. Love the photos and the way you have them displayed is awesome. I always wonder about the owners of the old shoes, where the shoes had taken them, who wore them and what was their lives like...all old items have history but most lost in time. Have a great week.

  21. Love it all! I didn't know you collected them!
    I started buying them last year, and they are very enjoyable to own, even though they can be expensive. But for "show" value, they are worth it, as they make a big impression. Now I want a pair that actually fit me, but I have big feet, I'd need 9 1/2 or a 10. and back then, feet were smaller!

    I have a real weakness for shoes and boots..It started with my own feet and now I have quite a few vintage and antique baby ones too..OH HELP how can I stop myself they call to me LOL..Just love your collection..Hugs X

  28. What wonderful shoes! I wish I knew you were "into" these things back in December. John & I stopped by an antique/gift shop & they had a old cobbler's bench with several tools & wooden shoe forms at an amazing price. I would've grabbed it for you : ) Blessings, Shirlee
