I do not know how to do this.
It has been too long.
I vaguely remember the person who used to sit in front of this very screen and compose posts.
Now I have all but forgotten how this application even works.
I apologize.
For what, I'm not entirely sure....perhaps for nothing....perhaps for everything.
Falling off the face of the earth, abandoning not only my blog, but yours, and leaving people I truly care about wondering what happened and why.
One of you said I got "lost among the sorrow."
I thought about that for a long time....perhaps she is right.
Or perhaps I was hiding from the sorrow. Whatever the case, it has been a long year.
There has been too much....too much sorrow, too much turmoil, and simply "too much" to summarize in a single blog post. And, besides, by revisiting it all would only be to breathe life back into a past that's best left in the past.
There has also been "too much" to be thankful for....
Too many blessings to count and encapsulate in type.
So, I am trying to just go on from here.
I am making no promises....other than to not get lost amongst the sorrow again any time soon.

what was then was then this is now, look forward, just as we will look forward to hearing from you when ever you feel like sharing, no pressures, just so happy to see your name come up, sometimes we have to ight to get back up from sorrow, and even if it never truly goes away it becomes less oppressive, it stings less everyday, I have truly missed you, I'm glad you popped in,
I am so happy to see you here again! I hope that only good things happen for you now. But if not and things go crazy every once in awhile know that we are here for you. Hugs, Teresa
Hi "Crow", I am so sorry to hear that life has been getting you down lately. I also know sorrow, had quite a bit five years ago. But you do heal with time, I;ve learned that. Keeping busy helps a lot, and don't be afraid to lean on friends. I'll be watching for your posts, keep it up!
Melinda
So sorry you had struggles, most of us have seen the darkness. You're right leave it in the past and keep pushing forward. Not always easy but day by day. Big hugs! Amy
Good to hear from you. Hoping the coming months will bring some joy, smiles, and light to the darkness.
You've been in my thoughts and prayers friend.
Sometimes the past can suffocate..that I know.
But oh to breath and press on.
Choosing happy even on the very hard days.
Sending you a giant hug and lots of love.
So happy to have you back. Hoping you are on the mend. The picture of your companion on the sofa waiting for you to return brought back heartfelt feelings and aching sobs as we Lost our Kody Bear this last May 21st. His presence is no longer but constant memories will carry me through.
Fondly with Warm Regards,
Barb

You have been missed. I'm so sorry to hear of your struggles and overwhelming sadness. We have had our struggles as well, including cancer, chemo and recovery (we pray for good)...I say this not as a means of lessening your deep sorrows, but as a way to be kindred in your feelings of helplessness. May it help you to know you have been missed, and that we all share sorrows in one way or another. It is hard to wrap oneself around what life throws at us sometimes, but with time and faith, we do heal eventually. Sending hugs and prayers.
Bless your dear heart. Hoping for your fast healing.
Glad to see a post from you! I think of you often whenever I go to Tomahawk...I always think...I know she lives near here somewhere and I say a little prayer that all is well.
Be blessed,
Cindi
I have just missed you so much, I am glad that you are back. I am sorry for your heartache, wish I could take it away. I pray for you to have peace and strength as you go through this difficult time. I know this sorrow will pass. Bunches of hugs, Lecia
Hi Crow - it's so good to hear from you, but sorry that you are down. I was just thinking of you the other day and wondered how you were doing and what you are up to. Hope you are ok.
Great to see your name pop up again, you were missed. Whatever the cause for your deep sorrow and pain, prayers are headed your way that God will shower His mercy upon you and lessen your pain. Easy to say, but oh so hard to do, but persevere in faith knowing that things will grow easier in time. Hope to see you back again soon.
Dearest Robin,
All of us who have experienced deep sorrow can so relate to you, my friend!
May God remove those shackles of sorrow and replace them with hope and peace!
Sending thoughts, prayers, and hugs~
Julie
So good to see you back. You have been in many peoples prayers. Life hurts, and Life is good, just gotta keep on keeping on, even when you can't move a foot. Strength will come and God will never leave you. I promise
Mmmm, I've endured a host of sorrows over the past couple of years and still feel them every day so I know perhaps a little of what you're going thru. They say it gets easier and perhaps it does to a degree but oh how I'd like to go back in time. Wishes for a brighter tomorrow.
It's good to hear from you again my friend!!! Hugs
Hugs!!
Hi Robin - well my friend I came on here today to say I was so sorry to have not been here in months only to find out that you were MIA as well - so I haven't missed any posts...whew!!!
I am so sorry there have been stormy sad things that kept you away - praying that thing will be better and know that you have many friends out here in blog land that can relate - I know each of us has our OWN sadness and it's like no one understands because it is YOURS...but dear friend - we do understand.
Big hugs and so nice to see you back here.
Karen
Hi Robin....I just saw your post on my feed bar. I have missed you and think about you so often and had no idea about Sasha until i just read your post. We lost our Fiona on Jan 14th and I grieve for her every day. Sorrow can pull you down into a pit that takes time to pull out of. I still fall in that pit now and again.
Hoping that you feel better soon and that remodel gets back on track! Oh dear!!!
