...so I've been of late.
Other than identifying descriptions, this post will, likewise, be short on words...but long on photos.
Some photos are over a month old - my apologies. It seems this summer came and went without telling me it was even here.

This past week I was also in charge of keeping the "hooker-down-the-lane"'s garden alive.
The trust of some people.
There you have it.
The 'happier' side of my past month (or so).

Wow! Your flowers are gorgeous and still so lush! The hooker-down-lawn has a pretty awesome yard, too.
I had a beautiful but very invasive wisteria that I ended up taking out years ago because I couldn’t control it…but I am still getting occasional shoots come up. (Broke my heart to do it because it was from my parents farm 😢 )
Yours has the perfect place to show off its glory.
Your entire yard of gardens is gorgeous; yes, even that invasive wisteria is beautiful. But it is yours to control. The garden of the hooker down the road is looking mighty fine too.
What gorgeous flowers. The heat prevented most of mine from blooming...especially my flowering shrubs. The only annual that survived the heat was the sweet potato vines I planted in with my flowering pots and I even water every day. Just too hot and humid here this year, so I will take in the beauty of others like yourself whom share their photos of their beautiful flowers. I always love seeing your cornzebo. Perfect for wisteria. Janice
Such beauty. Your cornzebo looks wonderful, so pretty.
Such joyful pictures. I really love your floral watering cans, so pretty.
The Land of Nod is the Land of Lush!
Here in North Texas we are in the triple digits, with no rain in sight. Parts of our Gardens are burning up.
Enjoy yours...no words needed!
Wow, such beauty everywhere! I enjoy your blog very much.
Your garden and the hooker down the lane have very green thumbs! Just beautiful I didn't spy any weeds either.
Cathy
Words can be over rated. Your pictures are beautiful and certainly brightened my day, many thanks! 🌻🌸🌼
How very nice to have "the hooker down the lane" What fun and what inspiration. Your flowers are so pretty and so abundant. I would spend all of my time outside I think. Are you already having fall?
So nice to see your post.
Just Beautiful !!!!!
Your gardens are beautiful, I can imagine how relaxing it must be to just sit out there with all the flowers and greenery.
Beautiful...no words needed
long on beauty! thank you words aren't always necessary
Afternoon my fine feathered friend, so nice to check in and see a new post though I’m late but better late then never I’m told….. I’m so jealous of your beautiful gardens, the flowers are amazing. The Foxglove and Coneflowers are simply wonderful as mine so small… The Morning glories also are huge covering your patio, I had 2 flowers…. I enjoyed viewing yours flowers and your hooker friends too, wow! You both have green thumbs…Take care Robin, Blessings Francine.
How absolutely stunning! Really gorgeous! And thank you so much for naming the flowers, I am better with animals as far as names go (meaning breeds) than flowers. Wonderful post. Warm greetings from Montreal, Canada.
I came over from Cathy's page because I love crows and your handle was a neat one. LOOOOVE all the photographs. Such fun to take them and to look at. Happy Shooting. Cheers, Ivy.
Your blooms are amazing! So beautiful! You must have the best green thumb and your neighbor's are gorgeous too! Summer comes late to you but it sure put on a good flower show! It's been a taste of fall here with temps in the 40's at night and in the 60's during the day. I know we'll get more warm air before true fall is here but I'm loving this! Have a good week Robin!
Oh my, no words needed...as they say in my neck of the woods to exclaim surprise, "Good Night Irene!" what is your secret? How on earth do you keep those gorgeous blooms, well, gorgeous and blooming?! Million Bells are so pretty, and I've splurged before, only to get so far behind in deadheading (well, there are a million after all!) they look horrid after a few weeks into summer. Oh my, again, it's so beautiful...show me more...I need inspiration. I'm pulling out a couple of ugly spots - the weeds have no trouble taking over...I just can't keep them under control. I need a gardener!
Oh my goodness. Who needs words? Amazing. Love calibrachoa, they don't love me. Everything is just beautiful, including the view down road.
